No. We never store your card details, and there's no auto-renewal charge. When your domain is close to expiring, you'll need to come back and renew it manually -- nothing gets billed without you actively completing a new checkout.

Once a domain is successfully registered with the registry, that fee is non-refundable -- we pay the registry immediately on your behalf, the same as any registrar. The RichX Chain notary stamp is non-refundable once the on-chain transaction has been submitted, since that's also a real, immediate cost. If a payment fails or a registration doesn't go through, you're not charged for it.

We don't have an arbitrary suspension policy of our own. Domains are subject to ICANN policy and the rules of the underlying registry -- for example, inaccurate WHOIS information can trigger a registry-level suspension that's outside our control, same as with any registrar. We don't cancel or take back domains for reasons beyond that.

No surprise charges. Some domain names are priced higher by the registry itself before you ever see them on our site -- our live search always shows the real, current price for that exact domain up front, so what you see is what you pay.

We're a small, focused team, not a large call-center operation -- every message that comes in through the contact form is read personally. We won't promise a specific guaranteed response time we can't back up, but we do read and respond to everything.

Yes. Domains registered here follow the same standard ICANN transfer rules as any registrar -- there's a 60-day transfer lock right after initial registration (an ICANN-wide rule, not something we add), after which you're free to transfer to any other registrar you choose.

Payments are processed directly by Stripe on their own secure page -- we never see or store your full card number. If you notice an unexpected charge, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
